About Us

Doula Care UK is a private doula service from Bethel Health & Healing Network, created to offer gentle, consistent emotional support through pregnancy and birth, while also helping fund support for families who can’t afford it.
Because every birth journey deserves calm, dignity and care.

Because Every Birth Deserves Care — And So Does Every Family

Our Story

We’ve spent years supporting women and families through pregnancy and birth within our charitable services. We’ve seen first-hand that many parents want extra emotional support, more continuity, and someone who can walk beside them, especially when pregnancy feels overwhelming, when confidence is low, or when the system feels hard to navigate.
Doula Care UK exists to meet that need with a simple promise:
When you book private support with us, you’re also helping another family access support.

That’s why we say: One Birth. Two Families Supported.

Our Vision

Birth is not just a clinical event – it’s a human experience.

We believe people deserve:

  • Emotional support that feels safe and non judgemental
  • Support that respects your values, your choices and your story
  • Clear boundaries and professionalism, so you always know what to expect
  • Inclusive care, welcoming all families
  • A service that gives back, strengthening support across the community

Sarah Roberts

I’m passionate about helping people and communities access the care and support they need. I trained as a midwife and have worked with people with acquired brain injuries, as well as having first-hand experience caring for family members. Since 2004, I’ve supported many start-ups to grow as a qualified business adviser, and I bring the same empathetic approach to helping others succeed. I’m excited to support micro providers across Staffordshire to deliver flexible, personalised care, so that people can live well, stay independent, and feel connected in their communities.
